Job Overview:

A Senior Cloud Lead for Multi-Cloud is a professional responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing cloud environments across multiple cloud service providers, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and / or OCI, and other cloud platforms. This role involves both strategic oversight and technical expertise to ensure seamless operation, security, and cost-efficiency in cloud-based systems

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP.

Automate cloud deployments and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across multiple clouds.

Oversee the management and integration of services across different cloud providers.

Optimize performance, scalability, and cost across multi-cloud environments.

Ensure compliance with security standards and policies across cloud environments.

Set up cloud monitoring systems to ensure performance and uptime across platforms.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior cloud administrators and engineers.

Work from Pune GOC Office, no wfh / hybrid facility - shift and roster based alignment

Qualification

Experience : 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with at least 2 years of experience in managing multi-cloud environments.

Leadership : Experience leading or mentoring a team of cloud administrators or engineers.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Equivalent work experience and relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills

Cloud Expertise : Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

Automation & IaC : Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automating cloud infrastructure.

Security Practices : Experience implementing cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Strong analytical skills for resolving complex cloud issues.
